We offer delivery to the UK and internationally. The following delivery options are available:
UK Delivery:
Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days. Delivery is free on all orders over £30, otherwise it costs £3.95.
Next Working Day Delivery: Orders must be placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday to receive them the next working day. Delivery is free on all orders over £50, otherwise it costs £5.95.
International Delivery:
Europe: Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 working days. Delivery costs £9.95.
Rest of World: Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 working days. Delivery costs £14.95.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Returns:
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you need to return an item, please follow these instructions:
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know that you would like to return an item. You can do this by emailing us at [email protected]
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible. Please include your order number and reason for return in the package.
Send the parcel to the address provided with the delivery note. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return postage.
Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of used items, and that we cannot issue refunds for any shipping costs. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
